About Me
A little about me – I am a fully qualified Classical Five Element Acupuncture and Moxibustion practitioner based in Hampshire. My journey to Acupuncture started in 2021 when I began my three-year full time degree at the Acupuncture Academy (TAA) in Leamington Spa.

I completed this in September 2024 with a professional Licentiate qualification with Distinction. Alongside traditional acupuncture, I am also qualified in Moxibustion, Cupping and Gua Sha as well as Tuina massage and use these alongside acupuncture treatments.
Throughout this journey I have had the privilege to observe and work with some outstanding colleagues in the USA, Austria and the UK and have learned a huge amount from the different approaches and the different styles of acupuncture. Each style offers a unique perspective to our health, with a different emphasis placed on the lens that the practitioner uses, but they all support the patient to return back to full health.
As a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAaC), I adhere to the Council’s Codes of Safe Practice and Professional conduct. As a member of the BAaC I am also registered with the Professional Standards Authority which is a government body set up to regulate health and social care providers.
Standards and Codes

I started working with patients during my third year in private and multibed settings at TAA in Leamington Spa and at the Woodland Wellbeing Centre in Garden with Michelle Venter. I was living in the USA and Austria during my first years of training and most of my practical third year. The time has now come to start my own practice in the UK and I am proud to open the doors to my new space in Aldershot, supporting people across Hampshire and the South East.
My professional life outside of acupuncture is working as an artist, painting portraits and landscapes as well as other commissions and I am working for the World Wide Art project, bringing people together to explore the deeper meaning of the emotions Love and Fear through combined artworks and exhibitions.

Why Acupuncture?
Most people decide to have Acupuncture because they have an illness, condition or situation that needs caring for. Traditional Five Element Acupuncture takes a holistic approach to health and regards illness as a sign that the body is out of balance. The exact pattern and degree of imbalance is unique to each individual.
The Traditional Five Element Acupuncturist’s skill lies in identifying the precise nature of the underlying disharmony and selecting the most effective treatment. The choice of acupuncture points will be specific to each patient’s needs. Traditional Five Element Acupuncture can also be used as a preventive measure to strengthen the constitution and promote general well-being. Traditional Five Element Acupuncture is more than just Needles, the Therapeutic Relationship between Patient and Acupuncturist helps with the healing process.
Pain Conditions
Generally, Acupuncture can be affective for pain of many types. I have seen many patients lives turned around by being able to live with no, less or managing their pain. Many people do not want to take large amounts or any pain medications, as they often have dreadful side effects, Acupuncture can help. When coming off any medication this must always be done with the help of your Doctor. Acupuncture can treat alongside to complement Western Medicine treatments, medication and surgery.
Many Pain conditions have other underling factors that can be the cause or effect of the pain, such as stress, lifestyle, accidents, repetitive movements or long-term issues. Acupuncture treatment can help you manage these. I treat many patients with Chronic Pain and Stress Conditions making their lives much easier to navigate.
