Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the four pillars of Chinese Medicine alongside Herbs and Nutrition, Physical Manipulation, and Qi Gong. Acupuncture uses very thin needles to influence and balance the body’s energy.
Treatment involves the insertion of very fine needles into specific points of the body to influence and balance the body’s energy. Sometimes the needles are in and out, other times they may stay in whilst you rest depending on what you need at that moment.
Cupping, Guasha & Tuina

Guisha is a traditional Chinese healing method that scrapes the skin, using a smooth-edged tool to help release stagnation in the body and improve circulation.
Tuina massage is a form of Chinese massage that may be given at the end of an acupuncture treatment. Tuina is used to address specific patterns of disharmony in the body and follows the same principles as acupuncture & Cupping is often used alongside acupuncture or it can be a standalone treatment.
Auricular Acupuncture

Auricular Acupuncture is a commonly practiced technique involving the stimulation of specific points on the ear. Although it has long been used in China for a variety of conditions, auricular diagnosis and treatment has become a unique branch of TCM throughout other parts of the world since the late 1980s. Also known as ear acupuncture or auriculotherapy, it is based on the principle that the ear is a microsystem that reflects the entire body, where different points correspond to different organs and systems.
